Terms of Use

PadelWin is free to download and free for scoring. PadelWin Pro is sold through the App Store, where Apple handles payments, trials, renewals and refunds. You can cancel Pro anytime in your iPhone Settings.

1. Who provides PadelWin

2. Agreement

By downloading or using PadelWin you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

3. The app

PadelWin is a score tracker for padel on Apple Watch, with a companion app on iPhone. It needs an Apple Watch with watchOS 11.6 or later and an iPhone with iOS 18.6 or later. It is a tool for keeping score and showing your own statistics. It is not an official scoring system of any federation, and scores and statistics depend on the taps entered by the player.

4. Free and Pro

Free includes score tracking on Apple Watch with every match type and deuce rule, serve tracking, undo and haptics, and lets you review your last 3 matches. It has no time limit.

PadelWin Pro adds the full match history, game statistics and workout stats. Pro is available as:

  • Monthly: €2.99 per month, renews automatically.
  • Yearly: €24.99 per year, renews automatically, with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers.
  • Lifetime: €49.99, a one-time purchase with no renewal.

All three Pro options include the same features. Prices include VAT where applicable and may differ by country and currency as shown in the App Store. Matches you played on the free plan stay saved; Pro shows all of them once it is active.

5. Billing, trial and renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • When Pro ends, you go back to the free plan. Your matches stay on your devices.
  • Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, PadelWin.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where EU consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, Apple's App Store process applies.

7. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple ID to get Pro back.

8. Fair use

You may use PadelWin for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows it.

9. Health and safety

PadelWin is not a medical device. Heart rate and calorie figures come from your Apple Watch and are estimates for general fitness information only. Play within your limits and ask a doctor if you have health concerns. Keep your attention on the ball and the court, not the screen.

10. Your data

Your match history is stored on your devices and, on iPhone, backed up to your own private iCloud. We take great care to protect it, but you are responsible for keeping your devices and iCloud account in order. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The PadelWin name, logo, app and website content belong to us. Apple, Apple Watch, iPhone, Apple Health, iCloud and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. PadelWin is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Padel Federation (FIP).

12. Liability

We provide PadelWin "as is" and do our best to keep it working and accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes over scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We will update the effective date above. If a change matters to you, you can stop using the app and cancel Pro.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
